Offering you iconic luxury designs without a branded price tag. We also reproduce some of these products in our own warehouses, which allows us to maintain tight control over quality and costing.

The delivery time for your order will depend on the product you have ordered and your delivery location. Our order processing time is within 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays). For most products, transit time is between 2-3 business days within United Kingdom. However, for international orders, delivery may take up to 3-5 business days.

Yes, we deliver to most European countries. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. Please visit our shipping page for the list of countries and shipping cost.

We do not have a walk-in showroom at this time. We are a 100% online store, which allows us to keep our prices low. However, we are always happy to send out product samples so that you can see and feel the quality of our furniture before you buy.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. All of our furniture is made to a high standard and is manufactured to meet European safety requirements. We also take great care in packaging our products to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

At the moment, collection is not readily available. However, in case of such a query you can contact our customer care team and they can cater your request. (If possible)

You have 14 days to return your purchase in its original packaging and without any damage. You may exchange the order for another item, or receive a full refund. Please note that you will have to bear both incoming and outgoing shipping cost for such a request. (In case, order already left our warehouse)

Yes, The invoice will be sent to you by email within 48 hours of your order being shipped. The invoice will include all of the relevant information, such as your name, address, the amount of VAT charged (if any) and the date of the transaction etc.

Yes, we deliver to most European countries and Islands. However, our website might not be able to handle these transactions directly because in some instances shipping rates has to be calculated manually. In this case, please instead contact customer care services who will be happy to assist you with your order.
