the shipping box arrived severely banged up, dented and ripped open. the body of the chair seemed to survive but one metal part was rusted. the chair is functional - just not the quality I was anticipating.
So happy with my chair, the colour is perfect, the leather is soft and the chair is super comfortable. The wood is a beautiful warm colour. It arrived really well packaged and was straightforward to put together. Really lovely helpful and accommodating company, with great communication all the way through. Thanks very much!!

This is one of those rare, small companies that you will want to return to again and again. You can judge the nature of a company by the owner's communication and willingness to please. Affan communicated throughout the process, and if he says he'll call you in half an hour, he's careful to keep his word. The Charles Eames Tall lounge chair is also a lovely quality item; I did my research thoroughly, and Luxe Furnishes is really the top company for 'affordable' C.E. chairs (I don't want to pay 9/10k for an original). The leather is wonderful, and I'm delighted, plus the price was extremely good. Very prompt delivery also. Top notch item, top notch company; don't hesitate to use them.
