Affan communicated throughout the process, and if he says he'll call you in half an hour, he's careful to keep his word. The Charles Eames Tall lounge chair is also a lovely quality item; I did my research thoroughly, and Luxe Furnishes is really the top company for 'affordable' C.E. chairs (I don't want to pay 9/10k for an original). The leather is wonderful, and I'm delighted, plus the price was extremely good. Very prompt delivery also. Top notch item, top notch company; don't hesitate to use them.
